- Fix bug in the File Upload Field where the uploaded file doesn't get deleted from the server when the file is removed from the list.
- Fix bug in the File Upload Field where the upload may fail if the site is on offline mode.
- Fix "Call to undefined method PlgFieldsACFUpload::die()" error.
