New: Local Business Types: Bakery, BarOrPub, Brewery, CafeOrCoffeeShop, FastFoodRestaurant, IceCreamShop, Restaurant, Winery.

We can now disable individual non-required Content Type properties.

Fixed

EasyBlog and RSBlog page titles are missing after upgrading to v4.
Mapping options don't get replaced due to wrong letter case.
